The Vampire's kiss

As you all well know, I'm mad for antiques, of all sorts. Czech made glass holds a special place on my heart, and always will. So, this new neck adornment is nothing but antique Czech glass. I adore playing with shapes, and this piece definitely showcases that. Deep, rich, blood red, faceted lozenges, play with gleaming silver, and french jet glass. While deeply grooved lanterns of darkly shining Hematite glass twine around rounds of onyx and silver filligrees. Suspended between them, a large rose cut Marquis gem of antique ruby glass, sways gently. A truly elegant, and gothic eye-catcher. It's perhaps maybe not as over the top enthusiatic as some of my other work, but not every piece needs to screech, this one gently coaxes, and expects attention, as her due.
